Tumores malignos del testículo en el niño. Malignant tumors of the testis in child

Resumen

Se realizó una revisión de la literatura médica sobre la patología tumoral maligna del testículo en la infancia, así como de los expedientes clínicos de los dos pacientes de 13 y 2 años respectivamente con diagnóstico de Carcinoma de Células de SERTOLY - LEYDIG y ORQUIOBLASTOMA que se manifestaron con aumento de volumen del testículo sin otra sintomatología asociada. El diagnóstico se realizó combinando los hallazgos clínicos (testículo duro, aumentando de volumen e indoloro) con el estudio histopatológico del Espécimen Quirúrgico.

ABSTRACT

Medical literature about Malignant Disease of the Testicle in childhood is reviewed, as well as the analysis of clinical records in two patients (2 and 13 years old, respectively) with a diagnosis of Cells of SERTOLLY - LEYDIG Carcinoma and ORCHIOBLASTOMA and an increase of the testicle volume without another associated symptom. Diagnosis is carried out combining clinical findings: increase of testicle volume, hard and painless testicle with the histopathological study of this surgical sample.
