Simple epidermolysis bullosa. A case report
Keywords:
Epidermolysis bullosa/complications.Abstract
Epidermolysis bullosa is a heterogenic group of chronic-bullosa-inherited diseases having different clinical patterns and manifestations of inheritance that affect the skin and the mucosa with formation of bullae and vesicles after minimal traumas affecting other organs variably. Non-specific treatment is known, its natural history is chronic, observing a reduction of the quality of live in patients and a decline in survival rates; which implies a challenge to patients, families and medical professionals. A case of a newborn baby having simple epidermolysis bullosa in hands and feet is presented, an update review about the topic is proposed.Downloads
