La Glomerulonefritis Membranosa (GNM) constituye la primera causa de Síndrome Nefrótico en el adulto. Si bien en la mayoría de los casos con esta entidad la etiología es idiopática existen muchas causas que la producen, como las meoplasias, enfermedades sistémicas y metabólicas. La Tiroiditis autoimnune se describe como posible causa de la GM, habiéndose reportado varios casos en que se asocian. Presentamos una paciente con el diagnóstico de GNM que posteriormente desarrolla una Tiroiditis autoinmune, demostrándose la posible asociación de ambas entidades.
