Abstract

Se presenta la Historia Clínica de una paciente que presenta un dolor en la cadera derecha de 6 años de evolución. la cual es intervenida quirúrgicamente por Cadera en Resorte. La sintomatología se mantiene, por lo que estudiada a profundidad se llega al diagnóstico de un osteocondroma del cuello del fémur. Ante este diagnóstico se realiza revisión de la bibliografía, siendo una enfermedad poco frecuente en cuanto a esta localización anatómica, por lo que hacemos el presente reporte al no encontrar caso similar.
