Education in the major Health Rehabilitation

Introduction: the rapid advances made by science and technology from its beginnings to the present century in all sectors of society, has brought with it the need to train personnel to operate and linked them to become professionals who know the Science and Technology master.Objective: to characterize the Education at work in the major of Municipal Health Clinics in Pinar del RÃo in the year 2012-2013.
Material and methods: a research study was conducted in the field of education of undergraduate major Health Rehabilitation; theoretical and empirical research methods were used. A survey was designed and a document analysis was conducted. The survey was sent to 14 teachers, 109 students and three guardians of the race included aspects such as: professional and educational category.
Results: it was found involvement in job training to not match the training process with their professional performance and aspirations for this professional society has.
Conclusions: education is characterized by work that students are not assigned complex tasks or situations to solve. Teachers continue to use work practice, forms of teaching technical training. The process of job training is partially structured and there is no definition of a typology for Education in the work that typifies the race.
