Impacto psicológico del nacimiento del primer hijo. Psicological impact of first-child birth
Abstract
Se analizó el impacto psicológico del nacimiento del primer hijo en 67 parejas pertenecientes al policlínico «Luis A. Turcios Lima» de Pinar del Río en el periodo comprendido de enero a diciembre de 1995. Se realizó una investigación descriptiva, y retrospectiva mediante la aplicación de encuesta individual a cada miembro de la pareja. El 66.4% de los encuestados experimentaron cambios positivos en las relaciones de la pareja con la llegada del primer hijo, el 71,6% limitaron las relaciones sexuales, mientras que el 83.6% experimento cambios positivos en su vida personal y el 90.3% en sus familias. Los cambios negativos en la esfera de la recreación fueron referidos en el 86.5% de los individuos. Los resultados se reflejaron en cuadros y se les aplico el método de chi-cuadrado con bondad de ajuste con un 95% de confianza.
