Objective: Develop information management in Food Hygiene at the Pedro Borras Polyclinic in Pinar del Rio.
Method: An investigation of Technological Innovation on the management of information in food hygiene is carried out following the methodology of software development for Extreme Programming, and applying theoretical and empirical methods for the analysis, review and modeling of the processes subject to computerization.
Results: It was found that the computer proposal is based on managing food hygiene information through inspection procedures carried out by state units, serving as a tool to help organize the system and provide it with more efficiency, for which
Conclusions: A computer prototype was developed which provides a new tool that provides decision makers with the necessary, timely and useful information for decision making and thus raise the health level of the population.
