Along Che's route in Pinar del Río from Ana la cub-Ana's yard

Introduction: the “Ana La Cub-Ana” project promotes the formation of revolutionary professionals, citizens and promoters of citizenship, paying tribute to the ideal of the new man formulated by Che.
Objective: to strengthen the teaching of Cuban History in the Faculty of Medical Sciences “Dr. Ernesto Guevara de la Serna” of Pinar del Río, by traveling Che's Route in Vueltabajo.
Methods: historical bibliographic materials were reviewed. Documentary analysis was used in the conformation of the theoretical foundations of the research, historical-logical analysis and systematization to establish the regularities in the current teaching of Cuban History. The research-action method was used as a political-educational practice, based on the dialectical-materialist method.
Development: places visited by Che in Pinar del Río are identified, with a multidisciplinary team of professors, doctors, Cuban and Latin American students; the new generations of medical sciences in their formation use from the teaching of Cuban History Che's speeches in the province, folders with the places he visited and the institutions that bear his name in the province of Pinar del Río.
Conclusions: it contributed to the political ideological formation and strengthened the historical knowledge of the students, created links between the university and other institutions, initiated the movement of creation of allegorical plaques in distinctive places in the province of Pinar del Río.
