Embarazada con neurofibromatosis tipo 1

Resumen

La neurofibromatosis tipo 1 es una enfermedad genética, de transmisión autosómica, dominante, con 100% de penetrancia y expresividad variable, correspondiendo la mitad de los casos a mutaciones de novo. Es rara la incidencia en embarazadas con esta enfermedad de base, se reporta caso de una paciente 28 años de edad, se le planifica cesárea iterada electiva, por método anestésico general endovenoso, previa interconsulta con diversas especialidades, obteniéndose un bebé sano, con buena puntuación de Apgar, sin complicaciones maternas ni neonatales.
